i wouldn't get to any of the houses i reckon as the streets off the main roads are terrible. many down to one track roads with snow all piled at othe rside and hardly any parking. Snow here now is really heavy.

can you actual clean windows with a bucket of screen wash and bit of fairy (no water added) without it freezing up obviously you would only need 1/4 of a bucket filled
-
TBH customers will not really want their windows cleaned in this i reckon. Would you pay for someone to wash yer car in this weather?

I did actually use nearly neat screenwash last Winter on a couple of jobs. It tends to be a bit soapy anyway without Fairy but I used a bit with it anyway. I think it was about -6 when I did the wok and it worked OK. The liquid still froze on the metal part of the squeegee but the glass was fine. The sill was frozen too.

Its only -4 here and the snow all melted yesterday. The roads are just sheet ice though,.. its going to be lunch time before I get any windows cleaned, if at all.

can't see any car washes being open as they got the same issues as wfp, pipes freezing unless they keep jet wash going on constantly, think most people would be happy have them done a week before xmas but they no if they have them done this early they will be dirty by xmas,i went out saturday and few did say i didnt think you would be out in this weather,i wouldnt mind a few saying leave it this time

Freezing fog in Midlands. Currently - 6. Going to go out and do a bit and then work Sat and Sun to make best of the weather. Fortunately, we aren't too far behind and people are understanding we aren't getting to them. Most are amazed we're even trying it

Visabilty here is about 100 metres.
