After something i can use for tile and grout, have only seen one from Ashby`s so far,i intend to run this on my 160psi Steempro machine, until i upgrade, which hopefully won`t be long.
Also any tips on tile and grout cleaning greatly appreciated ;D What chemicals to use etc

You only need a rotary with a scrub brush, then either a wet pick up vac or a hard floor wand to suck up the slurry.
I don't think you can effectively run a spinner via a 160psi pump, but I stand to be corrected.

Cool cheers !! So the buffer i buy will be multi purpose then. ;D

steve is bang on mark. rotary wet pick up or if you have a glide on your wand will do the job.

Or a nice prochem scrub wand. Just so happens i have one for sale in the items for sale section. ;)

All i use is a 175rpm rotary and a triple vac wet vac...thats all you need. dont use a higher rpm machine unless you want to re-decorate customers walls.

Is this any good as a dual purpose machine ? Carpets and hard floors ?

Best buy a dual speed machine. This will give you the ability to scrub/shampoo/bonnet clean then switch up to high speed to buff/polish.
Spinner tools will only work if you have a few hundred psi.
A scrub wand will be good for giving a good rinse but won't clean at such a low pressure.
You could use a small pressure washer to boost your psi and use the vacs on the steempro if you want to use a spinner with the steempro.
Auto dump is defo required though after a while.
