Title: Screen wash?
Post by: careless.david@gmail.com on November 30, 2010, 09:28:16 am
Can you safely add screen wash to your trolley or backpack system, or will it line or affect your hose / brush & have a long term affect on your TDS readings?

Not sure about using it through your pole system as its soapy?

How would you rinse off?

i wouldnt personally put screenwash in my barrels for use in my trolley but have used it in my bucket for ground floor trad work.

if you really need to work and the weather too cold for wfp simply use trad pole for uppers and trad downs.if you have no experience with trad pole work then it might be better for you just to trad downs and miss the uppers out completely and charge accordingly.

I put screenwash in my trolley has I did last year, I use the strong mix from halfords wont freeze until 65 below, it cost 3.99 a lt reads 10 on tds reading I mix 1 lt to every 30 lts. Has for the suds after useing pole etc, give a rinse as you usely do and they dry 110% spot on.  :) Barry p.s does not damage pump brush or trolley.
