First week of Feb? The snow came the week before Christmas last year and didn`t shift for about a month.
It was great on here. People were on all day, going on about the weather and getting on each others` nerves ;D.
Aaah, them were the days.

The first snow of 2009 dropped on the 14th Dec and went back to work as normal on the 22rd Feb 2010...
Jan
Feb...total reconciled circa 1900 euro's
I hope to whatever powers there are ...give us a break!!...I have to admit I do not think a hot system would have made life any sweeter but am so, so open to other views, opinions of actual use this forthcoming cold season.
Cheers
Dave.

Tell me you're older than 6 years old because by that point you will have realised every year it's cold and wet in winter and warm/hot and dry during summer.
The best moths for working at window cleaning are May/June and September/October. outside those it's either cold or hot.

;) Thanks Neil .... just trying to see whether were in the middle or the start of the crap weather period so I can have summit to look foward to ..... was thinking of gauging conditions by when Gav starts wearing his shorts again but from previous post now realise that is not a reliable indicator ;D

dave my system is frost free, I am confident I could work, the main routes are all drivable with care. but the problem for me is the side roads and estates are a night mare, and though you can drive through them with care the minute you pull into the side of the road you are stuck and have to dig your self out. I only went to the shops yesterday and had to dig my self out two car parks. And because the council have been on the ball and ploughed most roads there if between 2 to 3 foot of snow along the sides of roads making it impossible to park anywhere
