Title: immersion heater

What about one of those over the side immersion heaters working off your gennie?
Many guys already have a generator, any reason apart from the cost of fueling it, why one of these can't warm your WFP tank using an immersion heater?
You can buy over the side immersion heaters, no need to put a hole in the tank.
I know you can't use it when travelling, but it would seem OK for big jobs.

its a idea but the cheapest over the side immersion heater i can find is £325 ???
unless iam looking in the wrong place
