about 40% of my round is 29 miles away! I bought it off a mate moving to New Zealand. It makes me do things properly you cant be messing about when you do a 58 mile round trip!

Yeah it can be a difficult situation mate. It can lead to playground fights. If kicking someones shins is no probem to you then i'd go for it. Tough choices eh? Nothings easy.

nearly next door, always pay in good time,

Nearest work is 4km's away and most is 12 -25km's away...I do not want work where I live...I like to go to work and then come home from work if you get my jist.

in this weather upstairs and down in my own house ;D

the entire of my round is within a mile radius of my mums house. great for transport costs.

I have a couple of days work in my village, by far the worst payers on the round. I now wish I had never taken them on.
The bad payers.
1] are suddenly struck blind when they pass you in the street, either that or I become invisible.
2] avoid you like the plague if you go into the local for a pint.
3] Have very short memories, it usually takes about two years for them to entirely forget they owe you.
4 Question your parentage to others if you ask them to settle their debt.
5] are the most resentful when they begin to understand your hourly wage.
I would never do it again, never ever take on neighbours.
