wondering how people go about getting a decent employee contract made up that covers them as much as possible. in desperate need of one but not sure where to start to get a decent one that'll be tailored for cleaning.

I have one that you can view and change if you want to.

In fact I have 2

I will email them to you in the week. I am a little busy right now. If you don't receive anything please remind me.

But with all honesty you should have either A HR department or legal solicitor write one for you as your requirements will be different from mine.

We use a dedicated HR Company for all such things. We tell them what we want (often starting with an initial draft), bounce a few things back and forth until job done.

Let me know if you're struggling and I'll email you contact details.
