Not sure but if it does go bang you can buy new circuit boards from williams for £45 rather than the whole unit for £70-£80.

Well it's kind of pulsing the water out at very low pressure.  I thought it was the pump at first, but after changing that out, it was happening again.  Seemed to be ok, then went all slow and pulsing again.

You have checked your battery?

It sounds like low battery, or a loose connection,  are you running a van system with split charger ?
if so run the system with the van running to see if it then runs correctly

No, it's not the van.  It's running ok now.

Try turning it down. If its poorly calibrated you may find it just needs the setting lowered.

Hi
You may need to reset the pressure side of the Varistream and increase it a couple of points - seems to need it when the water gets colder.
