for those that use them daily, are they easy to use for every time you go up the ladder,i no its should be safety first, thinking of getting some but dont want them slowing me down to much

plus anyone had them slip on them?

I much prefer these as they felt more stable  http://www.mcgsales.co.uk/accessories/ladder-twins.html

I have used these on icy decking etc with no problems and felt very safe and stable, very quick and easy to fit and with the new cords they have added since I had mine you can leave them attached when repositioning the ladder.

I sold my limpets as i didn't feel safe on them as I am quite a big guy.

on the ladderlimpet video it shows them on a ladder fitted with small wheels at the bottom-surely thats the ultimate test ???

i have also just noticed a new, similar idea to limpet, on sale at www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk  ,  be interested what others think of this ,called GRIPPA

Hello Jackal,

Have a look at this site, it shows you how versatile a safety device the limpets really are.

http://www.laddatec.com/gallery.htm.

You can actually buy them from the guy, but you need to ring him on the phone to order them at the moment!  Although it looks like he is opening a shop online.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards.

Don't know with the new ones as they now have the rubber straps that look like you would be able to.
I can't with mine as they didn't have any straps but may try them with set of bungee straps.
