Title: employee contracts
Post by: edward1 on November 20, 2010, 01:45:51 pm
hi .
i have been looking at getting contracts drawn up and it seems that they are not easy to enforce .
how do you stop an empolyee from trying to nic your work .
you can have it in the contract that they cant contact your customers outside thier duties ,but if they do its very difficult to enforce .

what do you guys do .

if you think an employee is going to nick ur work  then dont employ,   there is not much u can do to stop them, as you dont own the custys, so they can go with who ever they want

Louise at Lili Hunter did mine, they seem pretty watertight to me.

If the Dox in a Box dosen't suit exactly, she'll help you out.
