Title: Help with Method statement and risk assessement

Hi all, I've been cleaning windows for many years now, just started getting commercial jobs and I have been asked to provide a method statement and risk assessement. I have never needed this before and have no idea how to do one. Could anyone please help me with this as I need one for Monday morning. Can someone give me an example so I know where to start. d.crossley@yahoo.co.uk. your help would be much appreciated.
