Its ping down here and quite windy so I'll be glossing a few doors today no doubt.

i do aswell you need some glucosamine in ya body mate. i take them for martial arts coz it helps the bones and joints

Dont know where you were last week then weather was crap. Winds were over 60mph and heavy rain too. Oh almost forgot Febuary was worst for 30 years, snow, temps below zero. Anyway good luck to ya.

Nope, first day since January, lost all Jan due to snow! Last week was ok, bit windy, but not enough to stop play.
Actually, I worked some of January clearing paths!

Its bath time now then a quick hours kip then off policing tonight.
Early finish friday then away with the family for the weekend :) :) :)

been out canvassing on a big indutrial estate got bout 7 offices to quote for and send emails in hopefully get a few no biggies but 30-40quiders!!!

how do you approach them richy? do you just go in and ask for the maintenance manager?

it wasnt really me tbh ste i made matty go in them coz he wanted to earn a wage instead of takin day off, just go in ask to speak to sumone regarding there window cleaning arrangment or someone who can make a descision, explain who i am and where im from throw in a blag that weve been asked to quote a certain place in the area and decided to knock round neighbouring area, explain the system, explain how we offer a more thorough clean each and every time (than trad!!!), explain we dont just clean windows, ask for a compliment slip or biz card so that i can email them with a quote the next day take4 it from there

it wont help mate i have siatica and suffer from back pain from due to old injury broke back 7yrs ago just pop painkillers and work thourgh it

another day off for me.this weather is horrible to work in.wet and windy and cold!!just been to the dentist and still have a numb mouth!!the weather is going to be better tommorrow and saturday so ill be cramming as much work in as possible.

looks lovely out of my window daz, but maybe its moving over, i am off though as i have really bad trapped nerve in my neck, hardly slept all night its killing me....
Yesterday i started at 7 and packed up at 9 as it was really bad, wind was whipping up all the crasp back onto window s with the rain, looks like i will working saturday this week and maybe next depending on how good the weather is next week

hi sean you having neck problems already fellah?do you think its caused by poling?im 39 now and my shoulders are building up and im getting a neck like tysons after 6 months wfp!!no neck problems though.
hope it gets better soon pal.its frustrating not being able to work esp when you have a lot on.its really chucking it down here and windy just like yesterday.
ill be able to work all day tommorrow and saturday though so a 4 day week is not so bad earnings wise.
