Things must be tough, this out of town joker is flooding my area with these prices.

Be even more worried if the guy does a good job! Or atleast his customers are happy with his work...

This looks like a Homecare leaflet.
These prices are all over the UK
I do not know if they bait and switch , watchdog has never done a piece on them

demand is down and with it will come prices. our response rates are in the toilet at the moment. I predict things will get worse before they get better.
We have just handed back our van and bought one outright so we can move that £250 into marketing.

I have a lot of companies in my area charging these kind of prices... and Enterprise Cleaning just for good measure!
Leaflets like this seem to be everywhere at the moment and they're pretty constant so these companies must be doing ok out of it.
Doesn't necessarily mean they're dodgy. It might just be that they recognise that people are price shopping in the current economic climate and are looking to capitalise on it.
I'm certainly very mindful of companies like this when I go out to quote on jobs.

Its nice to see someone down to earth for a change and one that is realistic.
We have plenty of work but we have had to lower our prices to get the work otherwise someone else gets the work its that simple.
Yes I believe as well that things will get worse and a lot of people are actually finding business hard at the moment both in the commercial and residential sector.
We are quite lucky as we have several services and not just carpet cleaning.
I also know that in our area that a lot of window cleaners are finding it hard as well and are losing lots of commercial work either through price wars or the stores are doing the windows themselves. Its effecting everyone in some way or another.
