Try Microsoft office free clipart. They might have something.

why don't you take a picture of yourself with a wand then edit it in PSP or something similar, the effect you can add are amazing, cartoon effect or oill painting, sketch, then cut it out and you have your own personal image.

ps... don't forget to wear a cap ;)
