Morning, just placed order for omnivac.
Just been thinking what could go wrong e.g clearing a load of stuff that might have been blocking a hole,
cowboy custies with the "it was alright before" BOOOOOOOOOOOOOL-SHEE-IT.
and what about lightning storms with a 30ft ally pole in the air
thanks for reading this, just i have a lot of fantastic customers on the windows and wouldnt want to upset a single one of them

it's the same as any service offered. There always some element of risk. it's how you try to reduce the risk and manage it within reason. Also there will always be some customer try it on.

been thinking if anything does go wrong just charge a basic labour charge as dont want to end up on rogue traders.

which jobs to walk away from from?
leaking already?
is a disclaimer worth any more than bog roll?

check around where downpipes are or look to see if gutter is already damaged hanging off etc

But not got time to be learning the hard way with this one.

it's things i have been thinking of prior to getting mines. my parts are starting to arrive now so shouldn't be long

Make sure you have insurance to cover the work you are doing - what are you going to do if you knock a section down 50 feet up?

For domestic up to 2 storey (standard houses) i include minor repairs /leaks as part of the price and carry spare seals/silicone in the van ;)
Anything higher i put on my quote that repairs will be assessed/quoted once cleared and tested.
Hope this helps
