I agree Matt reptition is the key to a successfull campaign(liked the multiple post thing). Unfortunatly lee doesn't seem to want us on board.I can't see why not.We could be of no end of help.

Aside from the basic point of suggesting he doesn't do it, the utube route could be a great dry run.Or it could be that there is no real intent, just a way of generating interest in his scheme.

He'll be in the lobby of some swanky hotel in egypt with lots of devices hogging the bandwidth. I presume he hit the button several times in error.

I have not said that I dont want anyone on board and my intent is very real. Im just trying to take each step slowly and the TV thing could be way off at this point, im not into the utube idear as alot of my research is on the target audience and that is not you tube.

That is a good point- and i admitt i hadn't thought of that (target audience being older and not so internet savvy= But they are going to have to hit your website??)

One thing i do when i look at or analyse a problem is look at how the very best do it.McDonalds for instance- but to be more relevant to us the standard of excellence is set by one firm in my opinion.

When i say relevevant i mean someone in the service industry who is selling to an end user and not just trying to get more franchisees on board. The firm that i admire very much in this respect is green thumb.I know they are not window cleaners, but their leaflets and business model are brilliant. They don't tv advertise as far as i know.

After reading the TV ad thread yesterday the Green Thumb guys immediately came to my attention. There are direct comparisons between the service they offer and window cleaners. Personal touch, repeat service, personal recommendations the list is quite long. But they dont advertise on TV either. I beleive Slumpy has a face for radio if your interested Lee, Im your man for the TV ;@)

Just been on the green thumb website- and it makes you well, green. They have an advert on there, i assume it's a tv one.So i was wrong about that.As you'd expect the ad is first class. They pack a lot of info in a very simple way.
