Saw an auto detailer using these today and asked were they any good. He said they have viton seals, they tread on them all the time and generally abuse them and they keep on going. May be worth a go at £30 for the 7ltre version if you get through even the expensive ones.
You will need to change tip as well for CC

I had one for about 5 months. They where pretty poor to be honest.
I bought one of these (http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=9956446&fh_view_size=10&fh_start_index=10&fh_location=%2f%2fcatalog01%2fen_GB&fh_search=sprayer&fh_eds=%c3%9f&fh_refview=search&ts=1289430365694&isSearch=true) as a back up and i was very suprised at what a good job it did! used it for 2 weeks solid and i give it 10/10 specialy at the price.

What happened after 2 weeks?

I have 3 of the Hozlock ones and they work fine, If you clean themout they last forever but if you leave solutions in them they will brake down the seals.
Just clean them out, much better than the over priced ones the cleaning suppliers try and sell you.

I did see a cheap backpack on here which would be great on commercial jobs.
I can break glorias with my mitts so I stick to semi disposables ;D

Got the plunger replaced on my Orion. I somehow managed to bugger the tread so it wasn't screwing shut properly.
I'm very sure that sprayer would last me alot longer if i carried on using it, its suprisingly well built! (for a plastic item that is!)
But i personaly like the look of the Orion. Looks more professional.
