Hi  guys been thinking of getting the above for my clx 22ft pole. I like the idea of screwing it to the pole rather than having to butcher the clx with a hacksaw.Can anyone tell me if this is the finished article or is there a mk.3 on the way as i dont want to waste money if anotherone is on the way. Thanks.  Des.

you dont have to butcher the pole with the mk1, you can heat the thread on the top of the pole with a hair dryer, that will soften the glue and can just pull the threaded peice out of the pole, i would recommend getting one, once you have got used to it they are very good, and it becomes second nature.

We are obviously interested in continually improving the Aqua-dapter, but I can tell you that the Mk2 is "the finished article" for the foreseeable future.

Hi Paul,  thanks for your reply to above. Can i screw it to my clx and use it with Gardiners gooseneck 14 inch if so i will order one soon. Thanks Des.

Hi Des,

If you get the optional Screw Thread Adapter and choose the Gardiner Thread Type, then you can fix the Mk2 to your CLX.
