Hi Guys
are any of you able to post pic of your van with how you insulate it for winter (and do you leave insulation on all year) -
i dont have a garage and a heater is not really asn option for me and so looking for best ideas to insulate the van?
also what is prone to freezing? water in the hose? tank? jets? pole hose? when it does it freeze can it be all day if really cold?
any problems that arise after freezing ie damage to pump etc??
please help with any input - many thanks in advance :)

Freezing is a problem in winter. I usually get up & start the van with the heater blowing for a while to thaw the tank/pipes out. If it's bad I take my DI's, reel & pump box in the house over night.
The problem with insulating pipes in the van is that if they still freeze the insulation then stops the heat getting to them to thaw them out! :-\

I always put an oil filled electric radiator in the van, low setting, it stops everything freezing.

I do this and my tank is insulated with polystyrene and loft insulation which is covered in ply.
