Ive been asked to price for 30 metres of fixed seating in a pub and 73 chairs - chairs just bums with no backs to clean,
How long would you expect this to take doing HWE
-
Make it a days work and charge accordingly.... I don't bother with time constraints, your finished results can suffer if you feel the clock's against you!

i'd charge a days wage. and if it takes you all day then great, if you finish earlier then greater.
col beat me to it. why i orta, >:(

What time can you do the cleaning....will they be shut for a whole day or is it out of hours work? They will want to use the seats, so you will have to allow enough drying time after you finish the clean :)

I did a similar type job about 6 months ago,and it was bloody hard work.Luckily my Father-in-law helped, with all the little awkward jobs.Get a friend or family member to help.It will take you a full day.I would charge between £250-£300

Full day with helper? £500

Similar job last week with just 12 chairs ( small with fixed seats skinny arms ) took me 5 hours although staff had vacced everything and had all chairs moved in rows and returned when finished. Dry foam cost about £6 with a little rid-a-gum for just two chewing gum wads. My charge was £220.

Left a " snail " overnight as the bar was cold and empty.

get a helper wayn to pre=spray and brush in, bring water etc and you just rinse, otherwise the job will thrash your brain, charge £350 and pay helper £60 for the day, should get done in 5-6 hours mate.
