Got a glide on at the moment ordered from usa but its getting bit worn and was hassle getting and got charged import on it so worked out expensive.

Thay are expensive Andrew and getting harder to get hold of.  About £120 +VAt seems to be the norm for what the wife calls "a bit of plastic"

my wife reckons the prowler looks like some weird quad bike in the back of the van.

They do seem expensive for what they are but on busy weeks i think i would suffer with my shoulder too much without one. i prop in rugby (union) the real rugby for you northern guys  ;D I suffer a bit with knees, ankles and shoulders so despite the cost think i need a glide.

Maybe JKshould import them in with the encap stuff

I like the way Dereks thinks :)

I've just had a new portable delivered, it came on a pallet but they took the wheels off so it fitted.

i was thinking only wimps need wheels on a portie, so I'm chucking the wheels away and fitting a shoulder strap, I'll carry it around across my back. :D :D

Andrew

Is the Samco 12".  If so I've got one of those universal ones the Accessory Planet guy was selling on ebay a while ago.

I used it once but hadnt fitted it properly and recently bought a second hand Ti wand with glide so wont be fitting it to other wand now.

Its yours for £30 + postage if you want it?

Simon
