Cleantech.co.uk & Varitech are these one and the same as they have both sent me the same advertisment...?

Cleantech are distributors of varitech, not linked, therefore varitech send the streamline(varitech)send the promos to their distributors swell as their own end users, your see we put the same leaflet on our web site.
