Title: Aluminium Poles warranty response
Post by: Anlaby on October 29, 2010, 09:14:16 pm
We have now a taken delivery from XXXXXXXXXXX of the 4 poles which are still bent, we are sending them away to have the aluminium tensile & stress tested, dimensions measured. based upon that report we will decide what course of action to take.
Thank you to everyone that has read the previous subject on Aluminium poles it shows one thing that everyone sees the same problem from a different perspective. I appreciate all the comments but i dont agree with a couple in particular the one that stated we can not make a difference bleating about our problems on a FORUM it does help to know other people share your beliefs and have similar experiences it also helps when you get others who disagree with you it makes it a debate and eventually if enough people talk openly about such topics as warranties, poor service etc... may be the suppliers and manfactures will take note and start treating customers fairly.
Collectively we have more strength than voicing our concerns individually.

You can't argue with that. If you think you've a problem, share it and see if others have the same problem, or if they don't.

Good luck with your fight vs brodex, their customer serice stinks, I agree.

But please start a blog or keep it in the single thread.......this forum isn't here to wage your personal campaigns.

Brodex have always been spot on with us, any issues rectified to satisfaction.

However, please remember, this indivual has not mentioned any names in their threads, so lets not assume...
