Totally agree Blue Monkey ;)

If money was no object i would buy up rounds and let others work them!

i am always wary of why people sell business like that, it make 3.5 grand a month  unless he has been offered on job on 5 grand why leave, if he doesnt like it employ someon on 1500 max a months still leave 2000 operational and profit money,  just doesnt sound right   i think a lot of wc live in  a dream world when it comes to selling up

They only thing that would concern me is the fact that it takes two people to do the work so its probably not that well priced but seeing as most people seem to think rounds are worth upto 10x monthly income it seems to be quite reasonable.

Mike it is £3600 turnover not profit would you pay 10x for that

2 wages yours and the other person then it comes to profit!

sorry cant write sarcasticaly, should have put a  ::)

i would say its worth £10k what does everyone else think?

i bought my round for £15k but it had a yr old 2.0tdi fiat scudo, (worth £15k new) fully fitted out and £26.5k pa worth of work, (about 2-3 days a week) mostly 20min £20 houses. i think that was a good deal. once ive paid off the loan, only 2 more years to go, i can enjoy the money a bit better.

was very scary though, leaving a job and doing this. was shown how to clean one house then i was on my own!

Sounds a v good deal you had there dirty windows. The van alone must have been worth 9-10k.
