Title: Poles
Post by: Mr T on October 28, 2010, 09:43:35 pm
Hi guys since we went wfp a little over 2 years ago the only poles we have used is the fibre glass poles.  I hear alot of comments on here about other poles, i find the fibre glass ones fine but ive never tried any other.  Is there much of a difference between them all?

I think Brodex have come up with an aluminium pole that cleans round corners apparently. I haven't tried one myself yet.

Up to about 18 / 20 foot there's not that much difference. Its just when you go longer than that really.

get a CLX or a SLX and you ll never want to go back to a glass fibre!

i have  a 20ft glass fibre.its a spare pole.its ok but seems heavier and a lot more awkward and bendy than my 22ft CLX.its also got a longer closed length  making it cumbersome in comparison.

you ll be totally amazed!less strain on shoulders/arms/neck etc.

much more user friendly poles and itll speed you up a bit!

NO BRAINER! ;D ;D ;D
