Title: Paying your employees pension from 2012

Thats what i heard on the news today, for all employers , even with staff less than 4.....


i dont employ,.... but this will affect some guys on here,

The employees do have an option to opt out though,

So is this what you will have to do?....talk them into all opting out.?

4% to be paid by employee, 3% by employer and 1% paid by the government.

it is getting phased in gradually between 2012 to 2016, and the full % will be phased in as well, it will start with big businesses first,

u can not opt out,   u must enrol your staff on NEST scheme,  weather they want it or not

the thing is if an employee wants to opt in they may no longer have a job?

an employee may either have to reduce pay or get part timers only, with the way the world is many will haveopt out to keep a job.

why do the goverment think they can make people have a pension i know many who have lost 100s of thousands pensions are poo
