Had any complaints now the sun is low?

had new work come in as people can see just how dirty their windows are.

Had one yesterday complaining of smears on double glazed windows. I went round to have a look and the smears were actually on the reverse side of the glass. In other words, the glass wasn't cleaned properly before it was made into a sealed unit.
