1 house every 6.5 mnutes, not allowing any time for breaks, setting up, chatting to customers, driving to next area etc.

Splash and dash springs to mind.

that would be for one man there is 2 men

course it is possible, I did 8 houses and three conservatory's in just under 2 hours this morning on my own, and if you have enough similar work all in one area it is doable

Sounds so simple eh. Unfortunately I don't live in an ideal world and some custies like to chat.

I'm sure it's possible with the right work, so fair play if you've got that work.

We did 100 in under 5 hours!  :P

There were no parking problems, no customer kept us waiting for ten minutes to chat or find their cash/cheque book.  Traffic was fine; non-existent actually.

Access was great; all the customers left their gates open, there were no flower pots/furniture blocking the way; no dogs were out; no children were around.

Mrs Miles at No 73 didn't keep us talking about her latest medical problems, Mr Jones didn't ask us to take his rubbish down to the bottom of the lane for him (he can't walk properly), no elderly customer asked, "Can you do the inside of my kitchen window please?"...

In fact it all went rather smoothly.

60 houses (2/3 bed, compact modern matchbox type) for two peeps? Deffo possible.

So whats that £500 at £8/£9 a pop - a good earn at £250 per man but not spectacular. But if you're charging a fiver a throw then pretty mundane really...

In your last thread you neglected to point out how many of you were cleaning on the day until "someone" called you out on it. Hmmmmm?  ;)

One of my main estates is so compact that since I've bought 120m of hose I don't need to move my van an I can clean 29 by myself in 5 hours, that's a mix of mainly 3 bed and a few 4 an 2 bed detached an semi detached houses. No issues with parkin or access.
