Got mine chucking out 007-8 from 285-305 in,42 psi,its only produced 4000 litres max though inc. waste, was getting 12 at best to begin, had the membrane housing sat horizontal then vertical for a while and rotated it so i was sure the whole membrane inside was soaking in thoroughly and i took both ends of the housing off and gave a light coating of vaseline and carefully put back together to hopefully be sure there was no seepage past them of any unfiltered water. Touch wood long may it continue, was happy enough with 12 but the last 2x250litres i made, with a week between them, both came out at 007 making me ecstatic! Just need a lot lot lot more paying customers to splash it on.

When it came to buying i just could not find any cheaper than ionics at £300+vat for HF5 membrane and housing, the European price for membranes is being controlled apparently through certain importers as these things are a good bit cheaper in the USA.

My water going in is 350, sometimes 310. I have a pressure of 45 psi, two 10" filters, with a 55/45 ratio of waste to pure I get 7ppm.
