You wont use a ladder because the prat on this video clearly didn't have a clue how to use one properly?

Chances are if you gave him a 60 foot wfp fully extended he would drop it straight onto his head but I'm betting that wouldn't stop you using wfp.

I for one am sick of the wfp v  ladder arguement when the simple fact is most people use wfp because

its quicker (sometimes) so in theory more money can be earnt

Have not got a clue how to use a sqeegee

Or to scared to use ladders

Which is all fair enough and as good a reason as any to use it but to say you wont use a ladder because some salesman fell off one is like saying i'm not going to sleep tonight because a 98 year man died in his sleep last night

yes but if you could reduce the fatality rate of that happening then wouldnt that be better  ;)

The fact is trad has a more fatality rate then WFP /// Not saying one is better than the other just saying the dangers of trad and especially in this colder weather

dont get upset that there are fellow window cleaners that just want you to be safe  ;)

Did I watch the wrong video, the ladder never fell and was still standing even when the guy hit the deck, it was the nugget on it that fell.

I don't know why you trad guys get so defensive over the ladder thing - simply put using ladders is dangerous.

yes it's mostly people who use them wrongly that have most accidents but experienced people fall as well i met 2 this week - both lucky not to have been hurt worse than brusies and a cut to the head

1st a gardener trimming fir ( ! ) trees fell 6 ft with the hedge trimmer landing on his head and a custy ( painter/decorator ) fall 10 ft while fixing a downpipe landing on an ornamental boulder

Quite frankly if you want to risk serious injury for a couple of quid thats upto you, i value my life/health and family so i use WFP.
