Feel free to follow me. And if you have any amusing window cleaning-related jokes, stories etc. i'll publish them with a link to your own website.
Cheers

Cheers guys. I thought it was a useful way to spend a rainy day productively. Onto the website next!

Best window cleaning blog Ive seen.
-
Well, cheers. I wish someone would follow me. It's awfully lonely out in cyberspace...
-
ive been following you, look outside....

That was quite interesting carl. Felicity Kendall and Richard Briers in the good life was before your time, and as a series it never really had a second act, but i'm sure your window cleaning twist would have re invogorated it.
I presume that carolyn is a penelope keith type and your old colleagues sneak a look at your blog.
I thought the name red dragon window cleaning a stroke of genuis."It's okay we've got a guy called Hannibal Lecter cleaning the windows."
But i bet the real reasoning is more mundane and has to do with your out welshing the competition
From a marketing -and simply reading- perspective i would say stories about the chickens etc are a better read than wc related funnies.Custies expect privacy, but may be intrigued over whether you can kill a pig or not after it being a family pet etc.

"But i bet the real reasoning is more mundane and has to do with your out welshing the competition". Now you've got it! Mind you there a decent bunch of lads down here and we help each other out.
I take your point about privacy, but I thought there might be few stories from other areas that could be used - there are always things coming up on here one way and another. And some of them are clean!
The Good Life was certainly during my time, though. Our pigs just went to the sty in the sky last week...
Carolyn is an ex-colleague from my travel days, a good friend. If interested see: http://smallholding-in-wales.blogspot.com/ for my previous life and what we do now.

Read that Carl, again very good.
The thing is about our anecdotes compared to yours is that they are seldom gentle.Ours rely mainly on the stupidity or mean spiritedness of our customers, or their come uppance.A tale of a four hundred pounds day doesn't really get you rooting for the little guy.
For Steve Jobbs to make his huge come back from near oblivion 'toy story' had to be a tidal wave. But test audiences didn't buy it.It had to be rewritten. The problem was that audiences did not indentify with the woody character and did not engage with his later perils and misfortune. The beginning was made longer and we were able to get to know woody better, to love him, this solved the problem, and jobbs was able to leverage this into winning back apple and taking over disney.
See, after he'd got his blogg sorted the ipod, ipad, and itunes were easy peasey.

Slumpbuster - spot on, but I hope that there'll be enough to Blog once a week or so. We'll see.
