Title: Litres per miniute
Post by: colinyates on October 25, 2010, 07:14:21 pm
Just about to venture in to the world of power washing.  Im a bit restricted down here in SA on machine selection but have provisionaly ordered a 250 bar 13.5 litres per miniute machine and a 420 mm dia rotary and turbo.
My question is will 13.5 litres be ok to tackle driveways. Ive read on here that 15 litres is the minimum!!

All help appreciated
Colin

No dont worry, 13.5 lpm will be fine. It would be just be quicker with 15 lpm.

Thanks Richy, got me thinking now due to the fact that some of the  driveways
in this part of the world are big.
I know a lot of the guys recomend the Honda Sigma 13 HP so I may get shipping prices for this machine.  I beleive it retails for about 1200 quid.

Mine is a diesel yanmar and I have had it for about 10 years now!
It runs lovely. The pump went on it last year which cost about £400 to replace, but apart from that it works great.

When you say SA do you mean South Africa??
