Hi all,
I;m sitting here beer in hand ,absolutely knackered. I have not long finished a builders clean on a school today, the client booked us in for today they are handing over tomorrow at 10am.
Myself and six cleaners have cleaned the building at least twice today but because thr client is not on top of the job we have been working between painters ( still painting door frames ), chippies ( still hanging doors ) etc.
On a positive note the client was impressed with our standards and i'm quoting the school on Monday for their window cleaning.

hi there,
hey thats normal fighting with the other trades,
we were on site this morning at one site at 5.00am and did 12 hours straight on three plots to hand over for the interior designers to fit out for showhomes.
tomorrow weve got the mastic guys in on a plot, and then cml in the afternoon, and they move in next friday, believe me the litchen isnt even finished yet.
its a race to the end of the quarter for all of the developers,
i expect that we will hand over in excess of 30 plots next week.
and the figures to hand over for the week before xmas is heading towards the 200 plots mark already. Its manic, and crazy.
