How do you clean the french doors with balconies?

dont know yet could be a problem they come right down to the sill.
the bigger block of the two has not long been finished so its in a bit of a mess,wouldnt say its a builders clean,it may have had that :-\ all the sills around block
two are discoloured and have rotten leaf marks cob webs insect poope ect ect

Price straight across the board for example £160 @ 5 blocks equal £800 or base it on a day rate. Assuming it is first clean and just outside?

£240 4 all the window booked in as a days work with two lads on it
