Title: anybody do window cleaning or gutter cleaning for housing associations?
Post by: Ryan @ Transparent, Carlisle on October 22, 2010, 08:04:53 pm
If so, how did you "get your foot in the door" send them a leaflet, email? phone? or even call in?

Theres a large Housing Association round here, and as far as i'm aware, nobody does the gutter cleans, and surely as a housing assocation, they should be providing the gutter cleans? (property maintenance)

I Cover a number of properties here in the North West the properties are maintained by a property maintenance company who subcontract the gutter cleaning to myself, they contacted me via my website .www.guttercleaningsolution.co.uk
The agreement hinges on the use of the gutter vac and chas registration- risk assessments and method statements.
They are providing me with a steady stream of work , to think once i had my vac up for sale.
