10 months MOT     3 months tax
350 litre tank - pump box - 50 metres pro-hose, unger pole and brush
75 amp leisure battery
signed for window cleaning (just change name/phone)

have owned this van for about 8 years - always looked after it.
excellent work horse

also peter fogwell trolley, numerous (about 8 ) power packs and 20+ water containers

NO RO or DEMIN - just what's listed above.
