Title: pricing help on large office

hi all

been asked to quote a office for a cleaning company i do work for.

really not sure what to  charge on this


its 5 stories high top two  floors are small point trad work.

rest is pole from the ground,

some more tricky than others.

top floor

65          9ft x4ft panels

4th floor

85          9ft x 4ft

3rd floor

70            8ft x 3ft

2nd floor
 
70            8ftx 3ft

ground

70             8ftx 3ft


plus 8 sky lights

size of 3m x 2m   conservatory roof

plus large entrance 3 stories high 6m wide  in out

all to be done quarterly

Have you estimated how many WC to work on the job and how long you think it will take?

1 day? 1.5 day? 2 day?

You could just base your quote on your day rate, costs and hassle to encounter for any difficult access etc.

Just a thought  :)

Currently it's 4 cleaners 1.5 days cradle but I would be doing it via pole.
