Title: window cleaning sub contract work

Hi, was just wondering if anyone knows of how to go about finding sub contracting work. There are two of us, we have a 650 litr van mounted water fed pole system with the capabilities to clean up to 45 feet. We currently have a residential round which is 35% full, but we would really be grateful for any advice on breaking into the commercial side?

Just walk into commercial premises that you fancy cleaning and ask to speak to manager or decision maker,ask when the tender is up for renewal and give them your details (business card) same as canvassing for domestic but you have to canvass in office hours
