If its water based a bit of elbow grease should get rid of it, but im guessing its on the exterior and so is most likely oil based.
White spirit should break down oil based paint.
If it was me though I would tell the customer to call the decorator back and get him to sort it out.
Then just do the maintenance cleans.

The decorating was done before they moved in......."I'm no ones Bitch" lol
I just want some chemical names.... anyone please

Wet the glass with water and your normal detergent, grab your unger trim scraper with fresh blade, stick it in the unger squegee handle and scrape away, keep area wet all the time, this will avoid possible scratching of the glass, the offending paint should come of in seconds.
Squegee off as normal
