A first clean with wfp take longer than cleaning trad. I am swapping over next week and want to be able to judge how long I should be spending on a house

Probably will take longer but you don't have to do every house wfp to start off. Give yourself a phased change over.

Yes it will take longer so just change a few each day so that you get it right without all the stress,

It does take some getting used to :D :D

YES!!but change them all over at once!thats what i did!first month i was working harder and longer for the same money and i made mistakes but well worth going through the teething problems!

when i say i changed everything over i meant ALL upper floor windows(apart from a few up and overs and granny flats) and some ground floor windows.

after the first cleans were out of the way then a started wfping more ground floors on second cleans.now i wfp 80% of my round with the rest trad.

im now flying round my work and i can complete between 20%-40% more work in a day compared with trad and that includes the extra windows that i couldnt clean before the pole so extra money as well!

GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK THE FIRST COUPLE OF MONTHS!ITS A LEARNING CURVE!! ;) ;D ;D

Thanks for the depots. I think i will change all at once dazmond. I know it will be hard work but after the second months they will all be ready for normal maintenance cleans and there will be no messing about.
