Title: Does anyone have a work carried out form for commercial customer please?

A new commercial customer that I am starting tomorrow has requested a sign off form for the onsite supervisor to sign to say work was completed. I then send the form in with the invoice.

Does anyone have one of these that I could edit with my own logos please?

This is because the previous large companies they have been using have been invoicing for the sites without cleaning them.

So far I have been given 9 sites and awaiting confirmation on 3 other quotes for them.

Ask the company to give you a form to fill in,thats what i do.

Cheers Wayne will speak to them tomorrow, have modified one of my receipts that I print for now to get me by.

Thanks Kate, the current manager said that there will be a lot more site to quote as they come up for renewal. They want to reduce the number of contractors to simplify the administration. She is moving on at the end of the month so hopefully the new manager will carry it on.
