When someone is selling a round its always got great paying customers who pay on day of clean and in CASH ?
its got great potential to add more to it,
the currant w/c is always being asked to do conny roofs, fascia cleans which is worth another £3000 a month
and only selling cos their emigrating
how come you never see a round for sale stating
bad paying customers
no potential to pick up more work cos there is already 33 w/cs in this area
as soon as I see a round for sale with great payong customers who pay on day of clean the alarm bells start ringing.

becasue it is the truth, or they have been offerd a great job that they cant turn down,
also i must be the worlds slowest wc as all the ones on ebay get done in 3 - 4 days

always 3 grands worth of work done 4 days,and you go and have a look at it,would you sell your best work i don't think so! It all the crumbs that they don't want and usually have 'nt work it for about 4 months. You buy it and start working the round and half the customers say they never had a window cleaner or he has'nt been for ages and got some one else ::) . that when you know you've been done over.Best to buy off someone you know and go back to if there are probs.

I'm thinking of selling up soon.
£20k regular monthly work. One man at a push could do it all. (currently 2 of us running it). Me being the lazy bugger that does nearly sod all.
£500k any takers ::)

like when u buy a van off someone it does 50 mpg .
when u buy it . it does 30 mpg
