Title: New build housing estate - yes but not yet
Post by: Ian101 on October 11, 2010, 05:46:42 pm
Out canvassing and decided to canvass a new housing estate I've been monitoring so knocked on 11 doors and everyone in but they all said yes great we need a windie but not for 3 months when the dust and building has ended (only half build)

Anyone had this before ?

Any tips for keeping them loyal 2 me before I even start ?

Yes I  had that. They all got their first cleans done then dropped off like flies. I will no longer target new estates now.

but if i get 200 @ £10 ---  :D  - we he so just got to keep knocking

the prob with new estate is like bungys  a lot of newbies knock them a lot so i find them a waste of time really, as most of the time some one knocked the other week,
