Can anyone help me with a invoice please.monthly invoice.

just use your letter head, with invoice on it and the amount at bottom,   thats all i do

either that or go to microsoft office downloads theres loads of invoice formats you can choice from there and there free :)

hi blue monkey, i would appreciate it if you could email me a copy too if you dont mind, i have a couple of new business's that i will be cleaning and could do with a decent invoice

You need an invoice numbering system too, for reference.
date.
company number if ltd
vat number if registered
address
