In reguards to builders cleans, is a pressure washer almost always needed. what do you guy's think out of a 1 in 10 scale. I want to purchase one as I do belive that new builds even the ones that I target (small to medium) flats houses get filty on the outside.
Is the petrol Karcher (110 bar) pressure washer any good for this line of work?
Thanks again guy's.

hi there,
pressure washing as part of the build clean is generally not done.
some plots are brick acid pressure washed, but this is usually done by someone else.
we have pressure washers to wash down paths and drives etc, if the site wants it, but doesnt get much use,
however you will find more call in winter than summer.

Hi
We too have never had a need to use a pressure washer on new builds.
As Martin has said, we have seen the outside brick face cleaned by pressure washer to remove the cement and debris from the build.....but they do have either a large van mounted machine or its built into a trailer.
