Title: Risk Assessment

Hi Guys.  I urgently need a risk assessment template (up to two storey office windows inside and out) and wondered if anyone would mind me using theirs as a basis for making my own.

I am aware they should be specific to the job but if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated.
