That's what's in store for the West Country according to the local news this morning for this winter...
Thinking I might build a snow plough for the front of the Combo and buy some tyre chains... ;D

I get Snow every year and I work all winter.... you are a soft bunch down south!!! :P :P :P

After last winters debacle in our area, I think they are overwarning us this time!!! Must admit that it was strange to see 3 LA vehicles the other day with brand new shiny snow ploughs on the front on the ring road... ;D

Across here in East Anglia we chuck a few more £50 pound notes on the fire if it gets below 10 degrees, but then we are softies. ;D

PS what's a £50 note?
It's what our clients in this part of the country pay us with. We only work in multiples of this denomination ;)

I get bags of tomatos, I bet you would throw them at the customers windows if you got that ;D

Speak for yourself Fenman !!
We live in a 15th century cottage, and our only heating is an open fire, and a leccy blanket on the bed !!
Can`t stand central heating.
Do think it`s going to be a harsh winter though, judging on the amount of berries on the trees
