Hi guys ive been using these massivo ladders 12 runs each section far too big and weigh an absolute tonne as am using the wfps can anyone recommend a good size ladder for those moody customers that want traditional also nice light ones if thats possible lol

3.5m trade ladders are good for domestics.i dont personally let any customer dictate the method used esp for upper windows.
my ladders are mainly used for the odd flat roof up and overs and opening or jumping a gate! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

You need to buy a double 3.5m point ladder they are made for window cleaning most people buy they from http://www.midlandladders.com/catalog/Extending_A_Ladders-49-1.html

Dazza,.. just tell em ladders are banned & get on with WFP!! :)

if a custy wants you to use ladders, tell them no and to get a other wc, if you fall are they going to pay you for the time u r injured the only thing u can do is sue them, if it is there fault
there is a reason h and s dont like ladders
-
I hear you but its good to have them i dont like using them at all especially knowing u have a nice safe pole that cleans better lol

ONLY 2 REASONS I EVER USE A LADDER, FLAT ROOFS AND INTERNAL COMMERCIAL WORK.
-
personally i rate youngman ladders sturdy and light

what size ladder do we use to clean normal size house gutters

i made a mistake and bought trade ladders made by LYTE . these had very sharp edges on every bracket ,not the end of the world but annoying i had to file them smooth. the real downer is that they are VERY HEAVY so id not recommend this make

i recomend 15 rung single section ,ive tryed all sorts or ladders and belive these are a good compromise between weight and height, i used to carry double section 11 rungs all day and they are so heavy i was getting what felt like a hernia on my side from all the twisting under its weight.
15 rung does 90 % of houses and weighs next to nothing :D

i dont work for a ladder company lol

If it's just for occasional use, then I would recomend 3.5m Abru ladders, very light and not too expensive.
