Just saw the news and we back off to the moon again, now this is great news for the ladder cleaner, because when we colonise and build houses there, they are going to need window cleaners.
Now on earth the ladderman is hunted, because they can't go after the foxes anymore, but up there it dosn't matter if you use ladders in a unsafe manner, if you fall off you just float.

Teflon (which stops things from sticking) was invented because we went into space, I'm sure we can invent Non-Teflon ( to make things stick) 8) 8) 8)

Hi Everyone,
The only trouble is, we actually have not been to the moon yet. So chances are, You would be cleaning windows in a big storage depot in the middle of the desert somewhere :-)

Yeah yeah 24-7 SC, I saw Capricorn one as well! But that was Mars they were fooling the world over. ;D
And that sniper's ghost still hangs out on the grassy knoll in Dallas, Elvis works at my local chippy and Adolf Hitler's alive and well in Brazil (at the grand old age of 116).
What I do know is that lunar module definitely had a ladder on it so I hope the WAHD don't apply to the American's next landing on the moon! Otherwise Neil Armstrong's grandson will have to jump the 3 metres onto Moon's surface!

yes ,i cant work that one out with the ladder,he could of jumped down and jumped back up with near zero gravity

Yeah but you know what the yanks are like, he would have put so much effort and energy into the jump, he would have missed the hatch and ended up half way to Alpha Centurie. ;D

This is more of a 'place to chat' topic.
That aside, the Moon being 1 sixth the size of Earth has, therefore, a proportionally reduced gravity.
So if you fell from a ladder from, for example a height of 4 meters, you would land with a kinetic velocity of that 1 sixth of your mass!
