Met a chap i know well today,he was cleaning a pub trad,been w/c 20 years on and off,anyway he has good quality work.

 Always take your time ,he says,in fact he says you have to take your time or they(the customers) think you are doing it too quick.

are they thinking you are doing it too quick or charging too much?
